Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement Oracle FCCS solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Build and manage metadata, design web forms, and perform data reconciliation.
Create complex business rules for custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow automation.
Develop and maintain dashboards and dynamic calculations.
Conduct user acceptance testing and prepare necessary documentation including design documents and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
Stay updated with best practices in software development and project delivery methodologies.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS
Expertise in Oracle EPM Suite
Knowledge of financial consolidation processes
Experience in metadata management
Ability to design business rules, data mapping, and calculations

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL/PLSQL)
Experience with VB scripts
Understanding of EPM automation and integrations
Knowledge of dashboards, data reconciliation, and performance tuning
