We are looking for a skilled Networking Hardware Engineer to design, install and configure network infrastructure components across multiple locations. The engineer will be responsible for deploying and testing LAN cabling systems, networking hardware and security solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical specifications. The role requires hands-on expertise in network equipment and systems, as well as collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities Install Cat6 cables, patch panels, keystone jacks, faceplates, fiber optic cables and 9U racks at designated locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Deploy and configure 24-port L2 switches, 8-port L2 switches, core switches and firewalls according to the specified network topology. Set up and configure a Network Management System (NMS) with a centralized dashboard at the DMER Head Office, including activation of device licenses. Install and configure endpoint security solutions with dual-factor authentication, Active Directory (AD) synchronization and threat protection on all network nodes. Perform end-to-end testing of LAN connectivity, switch performance and firewall rules to ensure seamless network operation. Conduct testing of the NMS for fault management, performance monitoring and centralized reporting functionalities. Validate endpoint security features, including threat detection and isolation, to ensure robust protection across the network. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cabling, networking hardware and security systems during installation and testing. Document installation processes, configurations and test results for future reference and compliance. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science /MCA/MCM/ Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in networking hardware installation and configuration. Hands-on expertise with Cat6 and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, keystone jacks, faceplates and rack installations. Proficiency in configuring L2 switches, core switches and firewalls. Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS) and centralized dashboard setup. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, including dual-factor authentication, AD synchronization and threat protection. Familiarity with network testing tools and methodologies for LAN, switch performance and security validation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications preferred. (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

Implement and configure Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for Network Access Control (NAC) and TACACS+, ensuring secure access to network resources. Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, using industry-standard troubleshooting tools and techniques. Perform network testing and validation, ensuring that the network meets performance and security requirements, including validating NAC and TACACS+ configurations. Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures, adhering to industry-specific documentation standards. Your Profile 4-12 years of experience in network engineering or deployment, with experience in Automotive technology manufacturing. Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless), and their application in specific industry contexts. Experience with network hardware from Cisco, Juniper, or other major vendors, and the ability to configure and troubleshoot these devices. Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for NAC and TACACS+. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including NAC and TACACS+ related problems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Designing, Programming and unit testing. Requirements gathering, analysis and issue resolution/clarification (as part of the requirements analysis team. Work closely with the team and customer and lead the team in technical discussions. Good knowledge of database (Prefer RDBMS- My sql). Knowledge of Passive and Active Network Components. How to setup Wifi Network & Complete Network Health Check. Regularly maintain all IT hardware (Network switches servers laptop Desktops access Points Avaya IP Phones VC Unit IPBX etc.) and time to time update the asset register and send it to IT Manager and Head IT. Check All ISPs (lease line, PRI etc.) make sure all are working. Time to time check ping status all network devices and make sure no high latency public domain and DNS. Check VMS Sworks app up and running also make sure VMS iPad and Label printer as on a same network and proper connectivity should be there within both devices. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Should be Minimum Graduate. Certification:- ITIL CCNA
