As an MIS Manager at SMT's Kumbalgodu site in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with specific clients, internal teams, and management to prepare, maintain, and provide timely reports. Your responsibilities will include receiving and issuing materials for production, coordinating with the production team, tracking materials, providing inventory details, and ensuring on-time deliveries to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the existing MIS system, performing data analysis, and generating both periodic and ad hoc reports accurately and in a timely manner. Your analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in identifying process improvements to enhance business efficiency. You will work on managing and developing the MIS system for customer management and internal communication, participate in cross-functional meetings to address customer issues, and actively support ERP implementation by ensuring data maintenance and updates. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma/Engineering degree or any other relevant educational background, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS. Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, English, and Hindi languages is required. You should have experience with a variety of applications, software, ERP systems, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Being organized, detail-oriented, and having a working knowledge of various computer operating systems and interfaces will be advantageous in this role.
