Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: 2/6, Siri Fort Institutional Area, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi-49

Experience: 1 + year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computer Operator with at least 1 + year of professional experience who has strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining reports, and supporting day-to-day office operations efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and company databases.
Prepare, format, and analyze Excel reports as required by the management team.
Perform data validation, sorting, and filtering for reports and dashboards.
Manage documentation, records, and daily reports in digital and hard copy formats.
Handle emails, file management, and coordination with internal departments.
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Ensure data confidentiality and maintain accuracy in all work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 + year of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Typing speed of at least 30–40 wpm preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
