As a Consultant in the Cyber Team focusing on IAM Operations support, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilizing expertise with IAM Technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta - Demonstrating strong troubleshooting capabilities - Being prepared to work on-site every working day in Hyderabad - Being adaptable to a 24x7 rotational shift schedule Key Responsibilities: - Performing identity and access provisioning, authentication, and oversight in alignment with established guidelines and internal policies - Taking ownership of operational issues and process defects that have led to access disruptions, identifying root causes, and resolving underlying problems - Developing and managing all related standards and procedural documentation, while supporting process assessments, process ideation sessions, and access control redesigns - Providing advanced technical support for technology, platforms, environments, and access administration issues - Using key metrics and business data to drive continuous process improvement, enhance user experience, increase technology value, and enhance IAM security posture - Ensuring awareness of all control-related activities and completing necessary attestations accurately and promptly - Demonstrating familiarity with IAM technologies, IAM lifecycle processes, compute platforms, and related concepts Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in B. Tech./ B.E./MCA/Computer Science with strong technical competencies - Proficiency in verbal and written English - Strong soft skills including communication and technical documentation abilities - Understanding of IAM/IGA/SSO/PAM concepts Your commitment to working on-site for all working days and willingness to adhere to a 24x7 rotational shift model are essential requirements for this role. The opportunity We're looking for a Consultant in the Cyber Team to work in IAM Operations support. The candidate should have experience with IAM Technologies like SailPoint, Cyberark, Okta, along with strong troubleshooting skills. The role requires willingness to work out of the office for all working days as an in-office requirement and in a 24X7 rotational shift model. The candidate will be based out of the Hyderabad office for all 5 days. They will take ownership of operational issues and process defects, identifying root causes and resolving underlying issues. Creating and maintaining related standards and procedural documentation, supporting end-to-end process assessments, future-state process ideation sessions, and access control redesigns are key responsibilities. Providing advanced level technical support for technology, platforms, environments, or access administration is essential. Leveraging key metrics and business data to drive continuous process improvement, enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve IAMs overall security posture are crucial. The Consultant should have awareness of all control-related activities and perform necessary attestations accurately and timely. Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Directory Services, IAM lifecycle processes like Identity governance, Privileged Access Management, and compute platforms including Windows, Linux, Mainframes, and Databases are required. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must hold a B. Tech./ B.E./MCA/Computer Science Degree with sound technical skills. Strong command of verbal and written English language, good soft skills including verbal & written communication, technical document writing, and an understanding of IAM/IGA/SSO/PAM concepts are necessary. Minimum Qualifications: - B. Tech./ B.E./MCA/Computer Science Degrees with sound technical skills. - Strong command of verbal and written English language. - Good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication, technical document writing, etc. - Understanding of IAM/IGA/SSO/PAM concepts.
