Job Description Followings will be the core job responsibilities of the position holder: 1. Responsible for Operation, cleaning, and primary maintenance of compression machine, metal detector, Lifting and positioning device, IPQC instrument. 2. Responsible for recording of activity in logbooks, Batch manufacturing record & Responsible for complete documentation as required in the manufacturing of product and the cleaning of facilities and equipment, following cGMP's and good documentation practices. 3. To Ensure Area and equipment cleaning before line clearance as per standard procedures. 4. To perform all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes in compression.stage. To select recipes and set process parameters in PLC/SCADA compression ,IPQCinstruments HMI & ensure its correctness before blender revolution. 5. Responsible for Issuance, utilization, cleaning, and retrieval of tooling's and machine change parts with its inventory. 6. Responsible for set up, changeover, and operation of various manufacturing equipment's but not limited to compression area. 7. Responsible for reporting and/or escalating any conditions or problems that may affect the quality or integrity of product to supervisor and HOD production. 8. Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean and safe working environment always and notifies supervisor immediately if any safety concerns, accidents or injuries are observed. 9. To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes, to check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BMR before machine run in compression area. 10. Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility & to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance. 11. To Complete the training and training record as per stipulated time. 12. Responsible for preparation and usage of Disinfectant and cleaning agent solution as per defined procedures. 13. To adhere to all Company policies, procedures, SOPs and Safety regulations. 14. To do overtime as needed & responsible for performing additional task, related duties as assigned. In absence of position holder, the sub-ordinate Executive / Manager working in the section or the authorized designee (as applicable) shall be responsible for day to day working.

Operate and monitor compression machines (e.g., Cadmach - ACC). Ensure smooth execution of batch production as per BMR/BPR and SOPs. Carry out in-process checks (IPC) like weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, etc. Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance. Maintain and update Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), logbooks, equipment usage logs. Adhere strictly to cGMP, GDP, and safety norms. Participate in audits (internal/external) and handle compliance requirements. Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and validation teams. Report deviations, breakdowns, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Suggest and implement process improvements for yield and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities Operate compression machines to produce tablets in OSD manufacturing process. Ensure accurate weight control during compression operations. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in compression operations. Strong understanding of formulation, compression, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work accurately with precision instruments and equipment. Basic knowledge of tablet coating techniques would be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities 1. Set up, operate, and monitor tablet compression machines (Single rotary and Double rotary). 2. Understanding of dia punch inspection and polishing techniques. 3. Disassembles, cleans, reassembles, sets up, and operates all required equipment for operation, and makes light mechanical adjustments on tablet compression machine necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment for the required quality and quantity. 4. Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired tablet weight, hardness, and thickness. 5. Perform all in-process as required by the Master Batch Record (i.e., weighing, tablet thickness, tablet hardness, friability, visual inspection, etc.). 6. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards. 7. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity. 8. Must be in compliance at all times by following batch records, SOPs and all company policies. 9. Responsible for following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) 10. Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly work area at all times. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to document in logbooks or batch records while performing the job using good documentation practices. 2. Attention to detail and ability to write and record data legibly and accurately. 3.
