To excel in this role, you are expected to have 8+ years of experience in leadership hiring, with a strong focus on executive search. Prior experience in executive search firms and corporate setups, especially in industries like EPC, Oil and Gas, and Chemicals, will be advantageous. An MBA or PG in Management is preferred.
