About the Role

Mythik is looking for a Community Manager to be the voice of the brand across platforms — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll shape daily engagement, drive conversations, and build a thriving community of mythology enthusiasts. If you love fostering meaningful dialogue, managing vibrant digital ecosystems, and turning audiences into loyal advocates, this is your calling.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day conversations and engagement across all Mythik social platforms
• Build and nurture a strong online community of mythology enthusiasts
• Ensure consistent content cadence and timely interaction on every post
• Monitor audience sentiment and respond with empathy, accuracy, and context
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to amplify engagement
• Identify and activate superfans, creators, and cultural voices within the community
• Track engagement metrics and derive insights to optimize communication tone and timing
• Manage and report platform-wise health using community management tools (YT Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing communities for content-led brands
• Proven experience in building large scale communities on YouTube/Instagram/Facebook is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
• Hands-on with community management tools (Meta Business Suite, YT Studio, etc.)
• Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness, empathy, and accountability in public conversations
• Strong cultural & contextual understanding of Indian mythology and its sensitivities.
