Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reading technical drawings to set up machines as per specifications. Your role will include CNC/VMC machine setting, programming, and new part development. You will use Mastercam / 2D programming for developing parts efficiently. It will be crucial for you to coordinate with the purchasing manager to ensure the inventory of raw materials and tools is maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Implement routine machine maintenance checklists and focus on preventive maintenance measures. - Conduct quality control checks during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. - Adjust and verify machine settings to meet the desired product specifications and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the instructional design process. - Train new staff members on machine operation procedures and perform quality control tests throughout the manufacturing process. - Clean and maintain the machines regularly. Qualifications Required: - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. - Excellent multi-tasking skills and effective time management. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
