Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using PowerMill and
Mastercam for:
specifications to develop accurate toolpaths.

Minimum 5 to8 years of CNC programming experience with PowerMill and/or
Mastercam.
• Proven experience programming for multi-axis milling (3-5 axis) and turn-
mill machines.
• Solid understanding of G-code, post-processing, and CNC machine
operation.
• Experience with machining various materials (aluminum, steel, titanium, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and CAD files.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
