We specialize in creating custom and designer doors that combine durability with premium aesthetics. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator who can not only operate the machine efficiently but also contribute creatively to our unique door design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage CNC router machines used for cutting, carving, and engraving wooden doors.
• Create and modify unique door designs using CAD/CAM or related design software.
• Understand and implement design drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Prepare raw materials and ensure precision and quality during machining.
• Maintain the CNC machine, perform regular checks, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to deliver high-quality finished products.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation (preferably in wood, furniture, or door manufacturing).
• Ability to design door patterns, carvings, and engravings using software such as AutoCAD, ArtCAM, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC programming (G-code knowledge preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, defect-free products.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance and setup.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,403.92 - ₹22,501.49 per month
