Our team of professional staff manage corporate and school environments, providing meals that bring a taste of home to our clients. Some of our esteemed clients include ICICI Bank, ITC, Vedanta Group, and several international schools.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, is for a Cluster Manager at Magicomeal. The Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate with the corporate and school clients, ensure the quality and hygiene of meals, and handle any issues that arise. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency and profitability of the services.

Qualifications

• Management skills for overseeing daily operations and staff coordination
• Experience in customer service and client management
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the catering or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field
