Cloud Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in delivering technical back-office support to Wolters Kluwers customers for our cloud-hosted financial management software applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues. This will involve collaborating with consultants, clients, and internal development teams to address reported problems effectively. Your tasks will include providing technical support to customers and consultants globally, focusing on cloud environments. You will be expected to analyze technical queries, troubleshoot server and network issues, and develop solutions based on the SaaS architecture utilizing Azure stack. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams, including Application Developers, System Integrators, Database Administrators, and Consulting professionals, to enhance product functionality and address customer issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud-hosted financial management software applications - Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal development teams to address reported problems effectively - Provide technical support to customers and consultants globally, focusing on cloud environments - Troubleshoot server and network issues and develop solutions based on the SaaS architecture utilizing Azure stack - Work closely with various teams to enhance product functionality and address customer issues efficiently - Conduct functional and integration acceptance tests, performance tuning, and develop automation utilities to improve solution integration and customer experience Qualifications Required: - Possess a degree in computer science or a related field - Knowledge or experience in Azure or other cloud platforms - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, and SQL - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows (Linux experience is a plus) - Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities - Fluency in English Additional Company Details: This position may require occasional on-site visits to Wolters Kluwer offices as part of the recruitment process.,
