Cloud Infra architecture- Consultant /Assistant Manager/Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• 4 - 14 years of experience with architecting, designing and implementing end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions across leading Cloud platforms with a special focus on Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Proven experience in architecting private cloud/data center solutions using virtualization technologies like VMware, with strong expertise in implementing DevOps/DevSecOps practices and automation strategies
• Hands-on experience of leading cloud and infrastructure strategy / current state assessment workshops with client stakeholders and defining target operating model (TOM) / Cloud Center of Excellence driving large-scale cloud migration planning including infrastructure right sizing and cost optimization

Must have skills

• Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Demonstrated experience in designing and building secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid cloud / cloud-native infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with deep expertise in cloud-native services, enterprise networking, identity and access management, cost optimization, and multi-cloud strategies
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration Management Hands-on expertise inInfrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management leveraging tools such as Terraform, Ansible, python scripts etc with a strong track record of automating cloud infrastructure provisioning, ensuring consistency and compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Cloud Infrastructure Design for AI use case Implementation Knowledge of developing proof- of-concept AI solutions leveraging cloud-native services (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry) and scalable architecture patterns

Good to have skills

• Datacenter Architecture / VMWare Sound understanding and implementation knowledge of datacenter infrastructure solutions based on VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms, with hands-on experience in datacenter migration / exit, new datacenter setup and merger execution
• Nutanix and RedHat OpenShift Virtualization Platforms Familiarity with designinghybrid/private cloud architectures leveraging RedHat OpenShift, Nutanix platforms with hands-on experience in implementing VMWare to OpenShift migration engagements
• Networking Architecture Knowledge of network architecture for datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions having familiarity with modern network architecture concepts such as Software-defined networking (such as SDWAN etc)
• Workplace Transformation Hands-on experience in leading workplace transformationinitiatives, including strategy formulation and execution of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, with strong understanding of identity, access, and collaboration architecture in enterprise environments
• Site Reliability Engineering Knowledge of implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including reliability design, observability, incident response, and automation to ensure scalable, resilient, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on leading tools such as ELK/Dynatrace/Splunk/Grafana etc
• Professional Certifications: AI Certifications (AI-102, Google Generative AI Leader, Google Cloud
• Professional Machine Learning Engineer) Azure Cloud Solutions Architecture certification (AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-400)
• Google Cloud Professional Architect certifications (GCP Professional Cloud Architect, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer etc), TOGAF Enterprise Architecture certification (Good to have)
