Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, managing communication, requirements, and feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, creative, accounts, technical, delivery teams) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and share project updates, reports, presentations, and progress status regularly.
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, service agreements, and renewal processes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and grow client accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issue resolutions, and service performance.
• Ensure excellent service standards, high customer satisfaction, and client retention.
• Take feedback and share insights to improve service delivery, internal processes, and client experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2+ years in client servicing, customer relationship management, or account handling.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and client-handling approach.
• Good understanding of CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PPT), and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Professional attitude, patience, and positive customer-focused mindset.
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in [Digital Marketing/IT Services/Advertising] industry is a plus.
