Job Description

As a candidate for the client coordination and administration role with our Japanese clients, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients in Gurgaon and onshore teams, addressing inquiries and providing support. Your role will involve facilitating clear communication between clients and internal teams, assisting clients in navigating services, maintaining client records, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to organize client meetings, showcase offerings, and develop strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, addressing inquiries and providing support - Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams - Assist clients in navigating services and ensure they have the best possible experience - Maintain and update client records to personalize services effectively - Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement - Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations - Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in client coordination or a similar customer-facing role - Understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette will be a plus - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using CRM software and assisting in raising invoices/bills - Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping clients succeed Kindly share your resume on deepak.rawat@akmglobal.in with the required details: - Total experience in international clients coordination - Any experience in interacting with Japanese clients - Okay for work from office role in Gurgaon (Sector 48) - Possession of all relevant employment documents - Current Location - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (5 Days work from the office) Please note that prior experience in international client handling is necessary for this role.
