Job Description

Deliver
Cisco MPBN (Microwave & IP Backbone Network) Operations & Maintenance training
covering
FM, AM, Troubleshooting
for 1000+ telecom engineers (Alarm/Fault/Config/PM/Change/NPO roles).
Train on Cisco NCS platforms, ASR routers for MPBN element management, microwave/IP backhaul alarm correlation, fault isolation, performance monitoring.
Hands-on labs: MPBN node navigation, alarm filtering, MW/IP link troubleshooting, PTP/SyncE verification, capacity analysis, recovery procedures.
Design multi-level content, assessments & reports for basic/associate/expert MPBN engineers across multivendor environments.

Desired Profile

10+ yrs Cisco MPBN/Microwave/IP Transmission O&M/NOC experience
(NCS 2000, ASR series).
Expert in microwave link management, IP/MPLS backhaul, FM/AM processes, PTP timing, transmission troubleshooting.

Education

B.E/B.Tech (ECE/Telecom) preferred. Cisco CCNP/MPBN certifications advantage.
