Interpret and review engineering drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications. Select appropriate measuring instruments for inspection based on part requirements and tolerances. Handle and operate precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators, and CMM (if applicable). Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles for inspection and validation of critical dimensions. Monitor in-process quality during assembly and testing of packaging machines.
