Utilize prompt engineering and Generative AI (GenAI) to design effective, contextually appropriate chatbot interactions. Work collaboratively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and iterative project cycles. Maintain up-to-date documentation of development processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in automation and chatbot development, with hands-on experience in Kore.ai. Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Proven track record of delivering client-focused chatbot solutions. Certifications: Certified Kore.ai Chatbot Developer preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Kore.ai platform beyond bot building. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with prompt engineering techniques. Practical knowledge of NLP and neural network implementations. Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and applications. Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
