Roles and Responsibilities Configure and maintain Oracle Utilities CC&B applications, including IWSS and OUAF modules. Develop custom reports using Crystal Report and Java Development skills. Provide technical support for billing credit processes and troubleshoot issues related to customer care services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems in Oracle CCS&B system. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for utility operations. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of BILLING Credit module configuration options and its integration with other OTDR systems. 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Customer Care Billing application development, testing, deployment, maintenance, or consulting. Proficiency in developing custom reports using Crystal Report toolkit (CRTK) or similar technologies like Java Development.
