Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate customer records, following up on customer interactions, and reaching out to potential customers with service or product offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
