 As a BDR, you will identify and engage with high quality brands, as well as organize meetings and pitch Pattern s services. Youll be supporting sales activities in Middle East as we accelerate towards our revenue objectives. This is a full-time role based in Pune (India) you will support the team based in Dubai with a focus on US and UK based brands.

 What is a day in the life of a Business Development Rep (SDR)
  Qualify prospect accounts in partnership
  Find and engage primary points of contact for Pattern s UAE and KSA business
  Assist with and progress deals through the sales funnel
  Research ecommerce categories and identify high-growth brands/products to target to launch in UAE and KSA
  Research relevant stakeholders and identify value propositions
  Network via LinkedIn to build relationships and organise meetings
  Set appointments with enterprise accounts
  Craft value-driven messages specific to target accounts current pain points and needs
  Work closely with the Head of Partnerships on sales plans and targets
  Inbound outreach with compelling messages through phone & email
  Work closely with the marketing team to penetrate and set appointments with target accounts
  
 What will I need to thrive in this role
 Required Qualifications
  Bachelors degree or above in Business or related field
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
  Track record of hitting quota
  Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads
  Excellent written and communication skills
  Creative thinker and problem solver
  Highly organised and disciplined
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  Able to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and improve workflows
  
 Preferred Qualifications
  Experience with Salesforce CRM
  Previous exposure to B2B sales, eCommerce category is a bonus
  International experience, western markets a bonus
  Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach
  Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus, English will be the main language used What does the team look like
  You will work alongside the Middle East team and report to the Head of Partnerships based in Dubai. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with 
 members of the Middle East team who are also based in Pune India along with the wider team in Dubai and work across departments with other senior-level colleagues to implement 
 actionable solutions.
