About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional for our Recruitment Consultancy based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business development within a recruitment agency, focusing on Permanent Hiring and Executive Search mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Conduct market research to target potential clients and industry segments.
• Manage end-to-end business development activities — from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve quarterly targets for new client acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
• Proven track record in business development for permanent and executive search roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
