Job Description

Location: Bengaluru (North, South, East, West & Central Zones)

Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Executive

Duration: 4 Months (Full-time Internship)

Employment Type: Internship (with future absorption opportunity & earning possibility up to 10 LACS within 1 year)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our team on a zone-wise basis across Bengaluru. The interns wi l be responsible for field-level client interactions, company promotion, and initial business development activities. This role is an excelent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in sales, client management, and corporate business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Client Visits & Reporting

? Minimum 12 client visits per day (approx. 300 per month) in the assigned zone (pin code/area wise).

? Capture a selfie with client & signboard during each visit as proof.

? Upload selfies and visit reports daily in the company's CAM system/CRM.

2. Client Interaction & Promotion

? Meet clients to explain about company services and showcase our existing client database.

? Share company profiles via WhatsApp and distribute visiting cards.

? Collect client visiting cards and references for database building.

3. Communication & Conduct

? Maintain professional behavior, formal attire, and positive communication at al times.

? Any misconduct, negative feedback, or improper presentation wi l result in immediate suspension without reimbursement.

? Ensure confidentiality of client data data misuse or theft will lead to strict action and termination.

4.Reporting Structure

? Submit daily reports, client details, and updates to the assigned Sales & Marketing Executive.

? Ensure accurate, transparent, and timely reporting for management review.

Stipend & Allowances

Monthly Stipend: ?7,500

Petrol Allowance: ?100 per day (GST bill in company name is mandatory to claim allowance).

SIM Card: Provided by the company.

Growth & Career

Path Parking/Fines: All parking charges or traffic fines are the intern's responsibility.

Internship Duration: 4 months (No sales target during internship).

Absorption Opportunity:

o If an intern successfuly books ?12 Lakhs in 3 months, they may be offered a role as Junior Business Development Executive with: Salary: ?25,000 per month + Alowances + 1.5% Commission on confirmed order bookings. Sales Target: ?25 Lakhs in 3 months (during 6-month probation).

o Post-Probation (4 months of internship + 6 months of probation): Annual Salary: ?5 LPA + Alowances + 2.5% Commission on confirmed order bookings. Revised Sales Target: ?50 Lakhs in 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license and vehicle documents.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Formal and sober dressing is mandatory during working hours.

Passion for sales, wilingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.

Work Hours Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Field-based role with reporting flexibility).
