Job Description

Business Development Executive - US Market

This Job is for Evening Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PPM

This Job includes a paid training period

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and sales within the US market. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the US market using platforms like LinkedIn.
Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging and email to generate new leads.
Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate lead information and activity.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new potential leads and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Schedule:

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Hybrid) (3 days in office)

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Preferred.
A strong understanding of LinkedIn as a professional networking and lead generation tool.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Prior experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but not required.
