Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the branch's receivable department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursement.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on receivable management best practices.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable portfolio.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to receivables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other relevant software tools.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
