We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch and drive the team toward achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Calicut branch.
• Lead, guide, and motivate counselors and staff to achieve targets.
• Handle student consultations and provide accurate guidance on study abroad options.
• Ensure smooth execution of application, admission, and visa procedures.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
• Manage administrative tasks and uphold company standards.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the abroad education / overseas consultancy field (mandatory).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of university admission and visa processes.
• Goal-driven and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
