Job Description

You will be responsible for taking full control of the allotted center (Sales and Marketing) with a focus on School outreach, lead collection, calling, and admissions. As the single point of contact between the Centre and HO departments including Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics, you will facilitate day-to-day business operations, coordinate with HO, and collaborate with various functions and departments. Your role will entail overseeing the sales and marketing staff of the allotted center through the Centre Business Head or Business Partner, with all Centre sales team members reporting to you. You will be accountable for driving increased business generation at the center by enhancing School Outreach, executing BTL activities, devising marketing plans, and organizing Seminars in the territory. Additionally, you will be required to visit the allocated center as and when necessary. Furthermore, you should be prepared to undertake any other tasks assigned by management in accordance with the organization's needs.,
