Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Quality & Configuration Analyst to support and enhance our ERP , SAP , and ITSM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data quality , BOM configuration , and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal controls . This role involves close collaboration with IT support , logistics , production control , and quality management teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve data quality standards across ERP and SAP systems. Configure and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and master data in alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Support SAP parameterization , SAP support , and ServiceNow-based ITSM processes . Ensure data consistency and integrity across logistics , production , and transportation modules. Collaborate with business process management (BPM) teams to align data with operational workflows. Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance , internal control , and conformity control standards. Participate in data audits , issue resolution , and problem management . Provide IT support for data-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Business Administration , or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in data management , ERP/SAP configuration , or IT support . Hands-on experience with: SAP (parameterization, support) ERP systems ServiceNow or other ITSM tools BOM and master data configuration Strong understanding of data quality , data standards , and regulatory frameworks . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics , production control , or quality management environments. Familiarity with BPM tools , conformity control , and operational management practices. Knowledge of metrology or data governance frameworks is a plus.

You are a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Oracle ERP and deep functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Procurement, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SQL. Your role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions by gathering requirements, optimizing processes, supporting Oracle ERP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.), and delivering high-impact business system solutions. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing. You will lead and manage Oracle ERP functional modules, particularly Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing, with strong integration knowledge across modules. Your responsibilities also include supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle ERP enhancements, interfaces, and configuration changes. Your role involves analyzing complex business problems and translating them into Oracle ERP solutions, with a particular emphasis on Bill of Materials, sourcing, and vendor management. You will develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, data validation, and integration with third-party tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Oracle ERP capabilities is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for performing system configuration and testing of enhancements and bug fixes in Oracle ERP. Creating detailed documentation including functional specifications, test cases, process flows, training materials, and user manuals will be part of your routine tasks. Providing support for Oracle ERP upgrades, patching, and system integration testing is also essential. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and lead project initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and has at least 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Oracle ERP Functional Analyst. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud ERP, especially in Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and/or Manufacturing modules, is required. A strong understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement processes, including demand planning, purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration, is essential. Moreover, proficiency in SQL for querying data, creating reports, and troubleshooting data-related issues is necessary. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or enterprise-level environment, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead end-to-end system implementation or enhancement projects are key qualifications for this role.,

Implement CPQ solutions with best coding standards accounting for performance optimization. Expertise in troubleshooting/debugging issues and identifying/documenting the Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers' business requirements. Capable of working independently and delivering highest quality output.
