Kindly go through the company website for more information, visit http://valueibms.com/ Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in BMS, IBMS Commissioning Location : Chenna i, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Able to commission the BMS Able to use the laptop, RS 485 converter, routers ect for doing the commissioning & 3rd party integrations. Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing of BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, security). Configure, test, and troubleshoot control logic, set points, and graphics for BMS operation. Integrate BMS with third-party systems using protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). Calibrate and validate sensors, actuators, VFDs, and field devices for accurate system performance. Prepare commissioning reports, test sheets, and as-built documentation. Coordinate with contractors/clients and provide system handover with training to end-users. Calibrate sensors, valves, actuators, and field devices for accurate system performance.
