Role Overview

Blockchain Developer / Web3 Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum or other blockchain platforms
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or related frameworks
• Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and backend systems
• Ensure security and performance of blockchain applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative blockchain-powered features
• Stay updated with latest blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 trends and technologies

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in blockchain development
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
• Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, or other blockchain ecosystems
• Experience with IPFS, NFTs, and DeFi protocols is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
