Job Responsibilities: Perform mechanical tests (tensile, hardness, impact, bend, compression, torsion, etc.) as per ASTM/IS/ISO standards. Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment (UTM, hardness testers, impact testers, etc.). Prepare and document accurate test reports in line with NABL/ISO 17025 requirements. Ensure safety protocols, proper sample preparation, and adherence to lab procedures. Support in equipment troubleshooting, method development, and training of junior staff. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for witness testing and technical clarifications. Preferred candidate profile
