Role & responsibilities Lead technical design and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) projects. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams to define scope, effort, and timelines. Design scalable architecture using X++ and Dynamics frameworks. Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture. Develop and deploy solutions using LCS and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines). Mentor team members, manage backlog, and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Ensure smooth deployment in non-production and production environments. Work with onshore/offshore delivery teams for seamless project execution. Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O . Strong hands-on experience in X++ , Data Entities , OData , Batch Framework , and Custom Services . Experience in Azure DevOps , LCS , and CI/CD practices. Exposure to .NET/Angular preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor teams. Prior experience in onshore/offshore delivery models is a plus.

You report your progress periodically to lead/project managers and assist them in reporting. You work with minimal supervision and are self-driven.
