Role Overview

4 experienced backend developers

high-performance, scalable backend services

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement backend services using
Node.js (Express.js)
.
Work with
MongoDB
for data modeling and efficient database operations.
Utilize
AWS services
(EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) to manage backend infrastructure.
Integrate and manage
RESTful APIs
between systems and mobile applications.
Optimize backend performance and reliability for
mobile and web platforms
.
Write
clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
following best practices.
Conduct
unit testing, integration testing,
and manage
CI/CD pipelines
.
Collaborate with
remote teams
across time zones, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

Required Skills

3–8 years
of hands-on experience in
backend development
with
Node.js (Express.js)
.
Strong expertise in
MongoDB
and database schema design.
Familiarity with
AWS services
(EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Proficiency in
RESTful API design and integration
.
Experience using
Git
and managing
CI/CD pipelines
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills for collaboration across international teams.
Strong focus on
clean code, documentation, and software architecture
.
Experience working with startup companies is a plus
, especially in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
