Job Description

highly skilled Backend and GenAI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize
RESTful APIs
using
FastAPI
.
Implement
authentication/authorization mechanisms
including OAuth2, JWT, API security, middleware, caching, and rate limiting.
Write clean, modular, scalable, and well-documented
Python backend code
.
Integrate with external APIs, third-party services, and internal systems.
Work with
LangChain, LangGraph, MCP
to build AI pipelines, agent frameworks, and
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
systems.
Design and manage database schemas in
PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend and GenAI-based solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in
FastAPI
,
Python
,
async programming
, and ORMs such as
SQLAlchemy
and
Pydantic
.
Practical knowledge of
Large Language Models (LLMs)
,
LangChain
,
LangGraph
, and AI integrations.
Experience building
RAG/AI pipelines
, vector search integrations, and prompt workflows.
Proficiency in
API design
, system architecture, performance tuning, and backend security best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (
AWS / GCP / Azure
) and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with
Vector Databases
(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and
Azure AI
is a strong plus.
