Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js for GlueBlu.
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to create efficient and scalable data structures.
Deploy, optimize, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful HR Tech solutions.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability through best coding practices and code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance for a growing SaaS user base.

Required Skills & Experience

2 to 6 years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design.
Practical experience with Node.js for backend services.
Hands-on with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Experience in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, Git, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes is desirable

Work on GlueBlu, a flagship B2B SaaS HR Tech product making a real impact in workforce management.
