We are looking for a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that power real-world products used at scale. You will work closely with our product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver clean, high-performance code.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable backend systems and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable code using Node.js / Python / Java / Go
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall code quality

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of backend development experience
2. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
3. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
4. Familiarity with message queues (Kafka)
5. Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
6. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
7. Passion for building clean, efficient, and scalable systems
