Role Overview: As a Lead – AI Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and integrate advanced 3D visualization into our platforms. Architect and manage scalable solutions on AWS SageMaker, S3, Google Cloud AI, or Azure ML . Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with frontend and backend systems. Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers using Agile workflows (JIRA, Trello, Slack) . Conduct API and web app testing using Postman and Selenium to ensure reliability and accuracy. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a strong AI-first culture within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with leadership exposure. Strong hands-on experience with AI frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorFlow.js, Hugging Face. Proficiency in 3D technologies : Three.js, Babylon.js, WebGL. Expertise in cloud-based AI platforms : AWS, GCP, or Azure ML. Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools : JIRA, Trello, Slack.
