Job Description

AWS DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on
AWS
.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using
Terraform
and configuration management with
Ansible
.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using
Jenkins
for automated deployment processes.
Containerize applications using
Docker
and orchestrate them with
Kubernetes
.
Create and manage
Helm Charts
for Kubernetes deployments.
Develop and maintain YAML configurations for various deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in an AWS environment.
Strong expertise in
Terraform
,
Kubernetes
,
Docker
, and
Jenkins
.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and implementation.
Proficiency in
YAML
and experience with
Helm
for Kubernetes deployments.
Familiarity with configuration management tools, particularly
Ansible
.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Knowledge of networking and security best practices in AWS.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
