Quality Engineer

What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust

  test automation frameworks

  across API, UI, performance, and integration layers.
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Leverage

  IaC tools

  (Terraform, CloudFormation) for test environment provisioning and configuration.
• Use

  AI-driven test generation tools

  (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Copilot for QA) to auto-generate test cases from user stories or acceptance criteria.
• Implement

  autonomous testing agents

  for exploratory testing and uncovering edge-case failures.
• Build and maintain

  self-healing test automation

  that dynamically adapts to UI/API changes.
• Enable

  shift-left testing

  through early static/dynamic code analysis and secure coding checks.
• Use

  synthetic data generation and LLMs

  to model complex user scenarios and simulate edge conditions.
• Participate in testing

  AI/ML models

  for reproducibility, fairness, and robustness against drift/adversarial inputs.
• Apply

  SAST and SCA

  tools for early vulnerability detection and secure software practices.
• Use

  observability platforms

  (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk) to derive QA insights in production-like environments.
• Mentor QA engineers, drive quality best practices, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

• Experience with

• 8+ years of experience in test automation and QA engineering in enterprise SaaS or fintech environments
• Strong expertise in

  designing scalable test frameworks

  for cloud-native applications
• Proficient in

  AI-enhanced testing

  and integration of GenAI tools into QA workflows
• Understanding of

  DevSecOps

  , CI/CD pipelines, and security-first quality engineering
• Deep experience in

  API and UI test automation

  using modern open-source tools
