Job Description

Design and implement robust automated test frameworks using

Java and Selenium.
Develop and maintain

BDD test scenarios

using

Cucumber.
Perform

API testing

using

Rest Assured

and validate responses against expected outcomes.
Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to test strategy and planning.

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in

Java.
Proficient in

Selenium WebDriver

for UI automation.
Experience with

Cucumber

and

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

practices.
Hands-on experience with

Rest Assured

for API testing.
Good understanding of

RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
Familiarity with version control tools like

Git.
Experience with

TestNG

or

JUnit.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like

Jenkins,

Maven, or

Gradle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
