As a Tech Chapter Lead in Perth, your primary responsibility will be to study the existing technology landscape and comprehend the current application workloads. You will need to understand and document technical requirements from clients, serving as a key technical associate of the business improvement team. Your role will involve assisting in ensuring customer success by creating applications and services on the AWS platform, with a focus on client engagement and adherence to defined purposes and achievement standards. It will also be crucial for you to uphold each technical commitment and contribute to the successful delivery of agreed cloud services. Your duties will include defining migration strategies for moving applications to the cloud, developing architecture blueprints, and creating detailed documentation. You will be required to generate a bill of materials that outlines necessary Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3, etc.) and tools. Designing the overall Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environment, including server and storage instances, subnets, availability zones, and the AWS network architecture, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with designing High Availability (HA) / Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and establishing processes, services, and tools around the cloud environment. Additionally, you will oversee the construction of the environment and execute migration plans. Proficiency in deploying automation infrastructure using the AWS Cloud Formation technique and practical experience with DevOps tools will be beneficial in this role.,
