Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer at our company located in Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, India, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and deployment of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for our smart medical diagnostic platforms. You will play a crucial role in designing integrated hardware-software systems, developing cloud interfaces, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing complete IoT systems, selecting appropriate IoT platforms based on application needs, developing scalable and secure system architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring system compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards, writing and debugging firmware for various components, implementing communication protocols, designing and prototyping hardware, working with vendors and manufacturers, adhering to international standards, optimizing systems for efficient operations, developing backend services for data acquisition and analytics, and creating dashboards and visualizations. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of IoT protocols and communication standards, experience with embedded systems and wireless communication technologies, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and Java, familiarity with cloud platforms and IoT-specific services, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, experience with various databases, tools, and platforms for real-time analytics and machine learning, understanding of IoT hardware development, and experience with data visualization tools. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6 years of relevant industry experience in IoT systems, automation engineering, or related fields, a proven track record in developing and deploying embedded and cloud-integrated IoT solutions, hands-on experience with firmware development and wireless module integration, experience in hardware design, testing, and compliance processes, and exposure to data analytics, real-time monitoring systems, and machine learning applications would be advantageous.,
