Job Description

Job Summary:

Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation workflows and scripts using tools like
UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Selenium, etc.
Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation
Build bots and tools to automate repetitive tasks across business units (HR, finance, IT, ops, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain, monitor, and optimize automation scripts to ensure long-term reliability
Document workflows, architecture, and version control of all automation solutions
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of automation components
Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party systems as needed

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in one or more automation tools (e.g.,
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate
)
Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g.,
Python, JavaScript, VBA, Bash
)
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Good understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system integrations
