Role & responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Power BI, SQL, and Python, and will play a key role in building data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and impact.

O365 & Endpoint Security: Administer O365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), manage Intune, and monitor Microsoft Defender (MD ATP).
End User Support: Handle laptop/desktop preparation, OS imaging, formatting, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Networking: Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
Cloud & Servers: Support AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle Cloud basics, along with routine Linux and Windows server tasks.
Database (Preferred): Basic exposure to PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
General IT: Maintain documentation, ensure IT policy compliance, and coordinate with vendors for escalations.

Qualifications

Bachelors in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
26 years of IT administration and support experience.
Strong technical skills in O365, Intune, Entra and endpoint security.
Familiarity with networking, cloud environments, Linux/Windows servers.
Basic System Administration
(Preferred) PostgreSQL or database knowledge.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Current Location Must Be Bangalore for Technical Round Evaluation face to face interview.
