Associate Software Engineer

In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and documenting solutions in adherence to our best practices and quality standards. Collaborating closely with experienced colleagues, you will tackle well-defined tasks within our application stack, which may involve user stories, automated tests, and technical issues. As a valuable member of a cross-functional scrum team, you will contribute to the development of applications and services using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with product requirements, user needs, and acceptance criteria. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong foundation in various technical skills, including backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Microservices, and Node.js (a plus). Proficiency in frontend languages like JavaScript (React is advantageous), Angular, and React, as well as database management with MongoDB (intermediate), PostgreSQL (intermediate), and SQL or noSQL, will be essential. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Hibernate, and JPA is considered beneficial for this role.
