Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.Achieve the annual sales target

2.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks; cultivate new business opportunities and initiate strategic collaborations.

3.Identify potential customers, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and develop trustful long-term partnerships.

4.Actively build and expand a professional network within the Indian appliance industry, including customers, associations, and partners; represent Hettich at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.

5.Prepare business proposals, support technical discussions, and lead contract negotiations in alignment with Hettichs global standards.

6.Participate in internal and external workshops, trainings, and cross-functional exchanges to continuously enhance product know-how and market understanding.

7.Support the positioning of Hettich as a trusted partner through marketing activities, trade fairs, and customer events in the Indian market.

8.Establish transparent and reliable payment structures, ensuring financial discipline from the start.

9.Act as the local interface between Indian customers, Hettich headquarters, and international teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.

10.Develop strong expertise in Hettich product portfolio and its applications in the appliance sector to support customer-specific solutions.
