Assistant Operations Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage customer and dealer onboarding, EMI follow-ups, and operational documentation for B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end operational processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B dealer and B2C customer onboarding.
• Verify KYC, lease agreements, and related documentation.
• Maintain Excel trackers for onboardings, EMIs, cheques, and agreements.
• Follow up for advance EMIs and pending documents.
• Coordinate with collections and credit teams for updates and verification.
• Handle cheques, agreements, and digital documentation securely.
• Manage battery lot coordination and inventory records.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Suggest and support process automation and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Operations or equivalent.
• Strong command over MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
• Prior experience in B2B/B2C operations preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
