Assistant Operations Manager

Job description- 

We're looking a versatile and experienced professional to handle our production, procurement, R&D, and marketing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, and developing innovative marketing idea.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Production:

    - Manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control

    - Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency

    - Identify and implement process 

improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

    - Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements

R&D:

    - Develop and implement new product development plans

    - Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends

    - Collaborate with supplier formulators and manufacturers to develop new products

    - Ensure product quality and safety through rigorous testing and analysis

   - Manage paperwork and regulatory compliance for new product development, including AYUSH licensing and registration

  - Ensure awareness and compliance with AYUSH guidelines and regulations

-Procurement:

    - Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials

    - Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best prices and quality

    - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

- Master/Bachelor's in chemistry, microbiology, Botany, Biotechnology, Cosmetology, Biochemistry or related field

- 1+ years of experience in operations, R&D or related field (Maximum experience- 4 yr)

- Experience in Ayurveda or natural products industry only

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and growth

- Knowledge of AYUSH regulations and guidelines, and experience with paperwork and compliance procedures (Mandatory)
