Assistant Manager

Reshmi Happy Home, a leading retail store for home appliances, furniture, crockery, small appliances, digital products, and electric scooters, is looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Assistant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily showroom operations and team coordination
• Ensure excellent customer service & handle customer queries
• Support sales targets and promotional activities
• Maintain product display, stock management, and billing supervision
• Handle staff scheduling and performance monitoring
• Ensure smooth functioning of the entire showroom

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience (Home appliance/furniture experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
• Ability to manage a team and deliver results
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
